Unstructured but very full “off season”! 😃 . That means (never enough)skiing, and biking to work and the car share I’m fortunate enough to be a part of @vrtucarcarsharing - as well as a few fun runs a week... I think it’s important to take a mental break some time in the year to reset, refocus, and just have fun being active. Time away from structured training can also remind us how much value it has. . The @gatineauloppet will mark the end of the offseason for me... and I’m getting pretty darn excited about it all.
